Custom Press-On Order Terms

1. Made to Order

Every custom press-on set is designed and hand-crafted specifically for your order — your chosen shape, length, design, and sizing. Because of this, custom sets are produced only after payment is received.

2. Production & Shipping Times

• Orders are crafted and shipped within 5–7 business days of payment.
• Photo-sized orders: if your sizing photos are unclear (quarter missing, zoomed, or poorly lit), we will contact you for new photos before production begins — production time starts once usable photos are received.
• You will receive tracking by email the day your set ships. If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you and request your agreement to a revised shipping date or provide a prompt full refund as required by law. You may cancel instead of accepting a delay; a final-sale restriction does not override these rights.

3. Fit Guarantee

A perfect fit matters. If your unworn set doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your measurements and we will remake the affected nails free of charge — one remake per order.

4. Final Sale for Hygiene

Because press-on nails are a personal cosmetic item, worn sets cannot be returned or refunded, consistent with industry hygiene standards. Unworn, defective, or damaged-in-transit sets are always covered: contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace them or refund you.

5. Allergies & Application

Sets are applied with nail adhesive or adhesive tabs. If you have known adhesive or acrylate sensitivities, tell us at ordering — alternative options may be available. Follow the included application and removal guide; damage from improper removal is not covered.

6. Design Approval

Hand-made art varies slightly from any reference image — that's the nature (and charm) of custom work. For Luxe Couture orders we'll send a photo for your approval before shipping.
