2. Services

Alivoria Boutique LLC provides professional nail care services, including but not limited to gel services, nail art, custom press-on nail sets, and related beauty services. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • All bookings are subject to our Booking Policy.
  • We may decline a service for legitimate safety or operational reasons, consistent with applicable nondiscrimination and accessibility laws.
  • Prices listed are starting rates and subject to change based on nail condition, length, and complexity.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please review our Cancellation & No-Show Policy before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to its terms.

5. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods.
  • Deposits may be required for certain services — see Booking Policy.
  • All prices are in USD.

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients with certain nail or skin conditions may not be eligible for all services. We will advise during consultation.
  • You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or health concerns prior to service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if proceeding would pose a health or safety risk.
  • Clients under 18 may require parental/guardian consent.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Alivoria Boutique LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

9. Website Use

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alivoria Boutique LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, or prevents you from posting an honest review of your experience.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alivoria Boutique LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Alivoria Boutique LLC is a Florida limited liability company. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. SMS Appointment Reminder Terms

Alivoria Boutique LLC offers optional automated appointment reminder text messages. To join, check the SMS reminder checkbox when booking and submit your booking, or enable SMS reminders in your customer profile and save your changes. You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. This program sends appointment reminders, not marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your booking details if a reminder does not arrive.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation, after which no further reminder texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also disable SMS reminders in your customer profile. Opting out does not cancel an appointment or stop appointment-related email. Reply HELP for help or email owner@alivoriaboutique.com.

Invitation and inquiry text messages

The invitation request form at /welcome and contact form at /contact each offer a separate, optional, unchecked SMS checkbox. Checking it and submitting permits only texts about that invitation request or inquiry. Registering as a client, requesting access, sending a message, or providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Appointment reminder consent is collected separately during booking or in your signed-in client profile.

We record your selection, mobile number, form source, disclosure version and submission time. Message frequency varies with requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from this number or HELP for help; contact owner@alivoriaboutique.com for assistance. Consent is not required for an invitation, booking or purchase. No promotional texts are included. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
