Ownership and your choices

Alivoria Boutique retains the rights it holds in photographs created by or validly assigned to the business. You retain your rights in images you upload and grant us permission to use them as needed for your requested services. Ownership does not replace permission to use your likeness or authorize marketing. You may decline photography, request no public use, or request takedown without losing access to services.

1. Photos We Take of Your Nails

With your permission at the chair, our technicians may photograph your finished set. These photos are saved to your account history so you can reference past looks — they are not published anywhere by default.

2. Marketing Use Is Always Opt-In

  • We only feature a photo of your nails in our public gallery, on Instagram, or in marketing after asking you and receiving your consent.
  • Photos are framed on the nails/hands; we do not publish identifying photos of you without separate, explicit permission.
  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing owner@alivoriaboutique.com — we will remove the content from our channels within 10 business days (platforms may cache content we cannot control).

3. Photos You Upload

Photos you add to your account (profile photo, hand/nail reference shots, inspiration images) are used solely to deliver your services — helping your technician plan shapes, sizes, and designs — and for custom press-on sizing. The photo list in your account is limited to you and authorized staff, but images are delivered through hosted image links that may be accessible to someone who obtains the link. Do not upload identity documents, medical records or other sensitive images. Removing a photo from your profile removes its account listing; contact owner@alivoriaboutique.com to request removal of the hosted asset as well.

4. Reviews & Tagged Posts

Tagging us does not automatically grant permission for advertising use. We will request permission before reusing your post in our marketing. Ask us to remove an authorized re-share at any time.
