Text Message Terms

Alivoria Boutique LLC offers optional automated appointment reminder texts. These terms apply to that program.

1. Programs

  • Appointment reminders (transactional): sent only if you check the SMS opt-in box when booking or in your profile. Roughly one text per upcoming appointment.
  • Marketing texts: we do not currently send marketing texts. If we launch them, they will require their own separate opt-in.

2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Agreeing to receive texts is never required to book, buy, or receive services.

3. Opting Out

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or uncheck the box in your portal profile, or email owner@alivoriaboutique.com.
  • Reply HELP for help.

4. Cost & Frequency

Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan. Message frequency varies with your appointments. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Your Number

Keep your phone number current in your profile. You represent that the number you provide is your own, and agree to notify us if you release it.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we use mobile information and consent. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Invitation and inquiry text messages

The invitation request form at /welcome and contact form at /contact each offer a separate, optional, unchecked SMS checkbox. Checking it and submitting permits only texts about that invitation request or inquiry. Registering as a client, requesting access, sending a message, or providing a phone number alone does not opt you in. Appointment reminder consent is collected separately during booking or in your signed-in client profile.

We record your selection, mobile number, form source, disclosure version and submission time. Message frequency varies with requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts from this number or HELP for help; contact owner@alivoriaboutique.com for assistance. Consent is not required for an invitation, booking or purchase. No promotional texts are included. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
