Gift Card Terms

1. The Basics

  • Alivoria Boutique digital gift cards are delivered by email with a unique code and are redeemable toward any service or retail product at the salon.
  • Gift cards never expire and carry no inactivity or maintenance fees — as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.95).
  • Balances can be checked anytime at alivoriaboutique.com/gift-cards.

2. Redemption

  • Partial redemptions are supported — the remaining balance stays on the card.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. These terms are governed by Florida law.

3. Lost Codes & Fraud

Treat the code like cash. We can re-send a purchased card to the original purchaser's email, and can freeze a card reported compromised before it is redeemed. Cards obtained fraudulently may be voided.

4. Refunds

Unredeemed gift cards may be refunded to the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase.
