Membership & Package Terms

1. Memberships (Recurring)

  • Memberships bill automatically each month (or year, for annual plans) to your card via Stripe until canceled.
  • Each billing period grants the visit credits described on the plan; credits appear in your portal and apply automatically when you book the included service.
  • Unused credits roll over and do not expire while your membership is active or after cancellation.
  • Member discounts (add-ons/retail) apply only while the membership is active.

2. Cancel Anytime — Online

Cancel from your portal (Membership → Manage / Cancel Billing) with the same ease you joined — no calls or fees. Cancellation stops future billing; the current period stays active until its end date, and already-granted credits remain yours.

Review the price, billing interval, any introductory discount and recurring-billing acknowledgement before opening checkout. If you cannot access online cancellation, email owner@alivoriaboutique.com before your next renewal for assistance.

3. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically and we'll email you. A membership left unpaid is paused (no new credits, no member discount) and then canceled.

4. Prepaid Packages

  • Packages are one-time purchases of a set number of visit credits at a discount.
  • Package credits never expire and are honored even if the package is later discontinued.
  • Packages are non-refundable once any credit has been redeemed; entirely-unused packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

5. Automatic Renewal Disclosure (Florida)

As required for automatically renewing service contracts under Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.165), we disclose clearly and conspicuously: your membership renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually per your plan) and your card is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your portal as described above. For annual memberships, we will email a renewal reminder before your renewal date.

6. Price Changes

We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days' email notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Continued billing after notice constitutes acceptance — or cancel anytime before renewal.

7. Non-Transferability

Memberships and credits are personal to your account and may not be resold. You may gift a visit credit to a friend at the salon's discretion — just ask.
